Wish us luck! We have entered two categories in this year’s Rugby Business Excellence Awards! We have entered previously in 2009 and 2014 and, despite always being shortlisted or the runner up in every category we have entered, have yet to clinch a win.
Last year we were the runner up in the “Innovator” category, being beaten by a narrow margin by the deserving “Sticky Prospects” team. Well done to Phil Harris and Graeme Lloyd! This year we hope to finally secure a victory and have entered the “Excellence in Customer Care” and “”Innovator” categories.
We are all looking forward to the event, although Mathew will be on his honeymoon and Damian is otherwise engaged, so Valerie, Tamara and myself will be there to enjoy the networking, awards and entertainment, and hopefully come back with the silverware (or glassware). And a hangover or two!
It’s been a busy year here at Cadman Homes, and I would like to thank all the staff for their efforts over what has been our most successful trading year yet. We have grown the sales and lettings business this year and although there have been many challenges such as changes in the market, legislation, and threats from increasing competition and “online” agents, we have held our own and grown. Our personal service and expertise mean our clients recommend us to family and friends, and we are not only proud if this, but thankful to our vendors, landlords, tenants and buyers, who continue to sing our praises!
Let’s hope we can add a win (or two) at the Rugby Business Excellence Awards to our list of achievements for 2015!
