Several indices of house price growth have been released this week, with the West Midlands area holding up with 1.8% monthly growth. This means house prices in Rugby have held up better than in any area apart from the North East (Monthly) and popular South East over the year. This is very encouraging if you are looking to sell or let a property in Rugby or the wider Coventry/CV area.
